The Clemson Wesley Foundation (better known as Clemson Wesley) is a United Methodist-affiliated and supported campus ministry at Clemson University in Clemson, SC.

CW's roots date back to 1908 when Clemson Methodist Church was started as a mission to Clemson cadets on the hill across from historic Riggs Field.  Over time, a congregation grew up around this student mission, with most members having some connection to the growing college across the street.  During the 1950s, there was a movement across the country to create stand-alone Wesley Foundations at most state-supported schools.  CW as a separate entity was born during this time.

Today, CW continues to work in covenant relationship with Clemson UMC and other area UM churches to minister with and to students and others with ties to Clemson University, Tri-County Technical College and Southern Wesleyan.  In most years CW and Clemson UMC will make connections to well over 1,100 different students through the variety of worship, small group, mission and other ministries they offer.

Since the mid 1980s, the Director of CW has also served as an Associate Pastor at Clemson UMC, in part to ensure that the two entities are working cooperatively and effeciently in their outreach.  While CW is supported by the SC Conference of the United Methodist Church and Clemson United Methodist Church, students and college-aged persons from many different traditions call CW home.
